These terms outline the contractual agreement between Texas Gaming Innovation LLC and its users ("you," "your," or "user") governing your use of our services, including but not limited to commission orders, accounts, payments, and dispute resolution.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our services. Any inaccurate or outdated information provided by you may result in the termination of your account or cancellation of orders.
You must create an account to access and use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We accept payments through PayPal and CashApp. No cash payments are accepted.
All commission orders require a 50% down payment upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the order.
No refunds will be issued for commission orders that are cancelled by the user after work has begun.
Refunds for completed orders are at our sole discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
No refunds will be issued for commission orders that have been completed and delivered to the user's satisfaction.
Texas Gaming Innovation LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, content, or materials provided through our services.
Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Commission orders will be stored on our servers for a period of 6 months from the date of completion. After this period, they will be deleted.
Texas Gaming Innovation LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, access to our services, or any ongoing orders at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.
We may modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
